Wilderwood’s equine-assisted curriculum helps Autistic people “strengthen self-perception and self-possibility, achieve career and employment goals, and embrace and celebrate the innate connection between horses and autistics.” The curriculum is designed and led by co-founder and Executive Director Dr. Rebecca Evanko, Ph.D., an Autistic woman herself. From April through November, the truck is at Albuquerque hotspots like breweries, shops and markets. Jennifleurs also offers flower delivery services, a subscription club and weekly arrangements and table vases to businesses. The truck can even be rented (with or without flowers) for private events and photos.
