Some people celebrate Valentine’s Day with their significant other in the traditional manner, a day filled with hearts and flowers and an expensive dinner out. Others observe Galentine’s Day, a holiday to revel in female bonding (and wine appreciation), often held on Feb. 15 – but acceptable anytime near Valentine’s Day.
