Vegans, veggie lovers and the plant-curious can find inspiration at this year’s 9th Annual Red & Green VegFest Albuquerque. The healthy eating fe Weeest runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 at the Marriot Pyramid North (5151 San Francisco Rd. NE). You can look forward to plant-based cooking demos of innovative recipes, engaging speakers talking about various aspects of veganism, a diverse array of mouth-watering vegan food vendors and plenty of opportunities for friendship and networking.
