I strongly recommend this book in our local library — WHEATBELLY by heart specialist William Davis, M.D. When he convinced his thousands of patients to STOP EATING ALL WHEAT, they GOT RID of their BIG BELLIES!
Modern wheat was genetically engineered. Modern wheat is NOT the same as wheat hundreds of years ago. Eating 2 slices of WHOLE WHEAT bread can increase blood sugar MORE than 2 TABLESPOONS of SUGAR or a CANDY BAR!
Modern wheat can CAUSE or WORSEN heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, skin rashes, autism, acid reflux, baldness, aching joints, neuropathy, schizophrenia, acne, cataracts, kidney disease and men NOT able to get erections!
Modern wheat is HORRIBLY ADDICTING! Some people addicted to wheat go through WITHDRAWAL for WEEKS or MONTHS when they stop eating it.
For at least 4 weeks STOP EATING ALL WHEAT as an experiment to see if you start LOSING BELLY FAT and improving overall HEALTH.
Look at photos of people over 100 years ago. Few persons were FAT!
I wish I had known this years ago when my dear mother BALLOONED to 270 lbs. in her 50s from 98 lbs. at 26. She SUFFERED HELL! She died of kidney disease.
EAT NO WHEAT — bread, pizza, fry bread, pie, cake, cookies, macaroni, noodles and much more!
I eat NO junk food! I eat NO sugar crap! I eat NO WHEAT.
