U.S. Eagle Credit Union announced earlier this month a partnership between the financial institution and local celebrity Mariah Duran, who competed in the 2020 Olympic Games as part of the first U.S. Olympic skateboarding team in Tokyo.
To celebrate the new partnership, which is aimed at promoting “financial wellbeing,” the credit union hosted the South Valley Skate and Food Truck Fest last week. The event also included a skate session where friends and community members joined Duran for a skate session at the Rio Bravo Skate Park in the South Valley.
