Members of the local chapters of Raging Grannies and Veterans For Peace were joined by several dozen demonstrators last week in opposition to escalating tensions over Ukraine. Members of the Raging Grannies lead the demonstrators in song in a demonstration of solidarity against war.
Several members of the local chapter of Veterans For Peace spoke in front of the crowd that was gathered to express their concern over the escalating geopolitical tensions. Many condemned what they see as years of aggressive actions taken by NATO towards Russia.
