M’tucci’s Restaurants is adding an exclusive Speakeasy with old-world charm; the entrance will be located off the alley adjacent to their new restaurant, M’tucci’s Bar Roma in Nob Hill. The restaurant is planning on opening in early March, with the Speakeasy following about four weeks later.
The Speakeasy will occupy approximately 1,000 square feet and will accommodate 35 people. Membership in the Speakeasy will be available. Members will be entitled to priority seating as well as other perks. The Speakeasy will have a full cocktail selection as well as a variety of small plates. Hours will be Monday – Saturday, from 5 p.m. until midnight.
“One of the reasons we went to Rome was its surprisingly booming Speakeasy scene,” explained M‘tucci’s partner, Austin Leard. “We had intended for our new location to have one, and that trip sealed the deal. Ours will represent some of the look, feel and flavor of what we experienced in Rome. The Speakeasy is emblematic of the growth we’ve experienced since starting all this eight years ago.”
In addition to the four restaurants and the Speakeasy, M’tucci’s products are wholesaled in various locations around the metro. M’tucci’s@Home offers products at area Albertsons. In addition, M’tucci’s has introduced its own line of wines, including a sparkling wine. M’tucci’s shrubs are available at area Albertsons as well as in Albuquerque’s Total Wine. Under the leadership of Catering Manager, Taña Martinez, M’tucci’s Catering is continuing the rapid growth that started in early 2020.
“Our team continues to innovate and expand our offering to our guests,” added M’tucci’s Restaurants Managing Partner John Hass. “The team is the best we’ve ever had, and we are thrilled to bring so many great new additions to New Mexico.”
