Sheriff’s Deputy Patrick Ficke thought he was pulling over an erratic driver on I-25. The routine traffic stop quickly turned to an emergency when the driver tells the deputy a young girl inside is choking on a Cheeto.
What happens next was captured on the deputy’s dashcam video.
