While New Mexico is leading the nation with its vaccination efforts and looks to be on target with the state’s goal of 60 percent of the population vaccinated by June 30. To reward those who have been vaccinated, and encourage those who aren’t to get the shot, these national companies are offering free perks as incentives to get the shot. From beer to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, here are a few of those companies that will reward you with free stuff for showing your vaccine card.
From now through May 16, or while supplies last, Budweiser is giving a free beer to anyone 21 years old and up who provides their proof of vaccination either by taking a selfie with your card, or one of you at a vaccine site getting a shot and upload it on ABeerOnBud.com. Bud fans have to first register at the company’s mycooler.com website. The company says it will send a $5 virtual debit card to cover the cost of a beer.
As we’ve reported before, Krispy Kreme is offering one free glazed doughnut every day if you take your vaccination card to any Krispy Kreme location in the U.S. The card must show one or two shots of any COVID-19 vaccine to qualify, and the offer must be redeemed in a store. As a bonus, the company says you don’t need to purchase anything else to get the free doughnut. So treat yourself. Every day.
Staples and Office Depot want vaccinated Americans to keep their vaccination record cards in good condition. The office supply company is offering free laminating services for those with completed COVID-19 vaccination cards. The service is available at all U.S. locations and the offer doesn’t expire. Some experts warn against laminating your card, however, in case you need a booster shot in the future.
