Hollywood is buzzing about New Mexico this morning as multiple sites teased that ABC’s popular “Bachelorette” series would begin filming it’s next season in New Mexico next month.

TV blogger @RealitySteve tweeted today that show producers had chosen New Mexico as its next location. The Paper had not independently confirmed the report.

Filmmakers and television companies have loved New Mexico for it’s sweeping landscapes and diverse cultures. More recently, Hollywood has fallen in love with the state’s film and TV incentives. In fact, Netflix recently announced that it was investing $2 billion in new film studios in Albuquerque’s Mesa del Sol community.

The sprawling Hyatt Regency Tamaya is said to be a top contender for the site. If so, it would join a long list of notable events and celebrity encounters featured at the location.

The resort is located on the Santa Ana Pueblo between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
