If you had to pick someone to be quarantined with this summer you couldn’t have done much better than picking one of the bartenders from Nob Hill’s new Daydream Rum Bar.
Less than a month before COVID-related health restrictions closed bars and restaurants almost overnight, the team behind the revamped Nob Hill Bar & Grill debuted their newest offering in the space next door: Daydream Rum Bar.
But even though its technically September, its hot enough in Albuquerque to pretend its still summer and catch up on all the drinks we couldn’t have – still socially distanced of course.
They were open less than a month before restaurants and bars were ordered closed. But judging by their Instagram, they spent the summer honing up on their mojito mixing skills and they are sharing them with the world.
It’s (still) mojito weather.
If following directions isn’t your thing, you can try the original for just $5 during Daydream Rum Bar’s happy hour on the patio at next door Nob Hill Bar & Grill (socially distanced, of course!)
