Route 66 Casino Hotel’s fully-rebuilt, state-of-the-art indoor concert venue welcomes its first iconic rock show on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 8:00 p.m. Tickets for The Black Crowes at Legends Theater are on sale now through Ticket Master

“Having the Black Crowes kick-off our concert calendar at Legends is the perfect way to debut our state-of-the-art theater and welcome our guests to Route 66 Casino Hotel,” Adrian Fox, the casino hotel’s general manager says.

On top of selling more than 30 million albums, the Black Crowes were listed in VH1’s 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock and named Best New American Band in 1990 by Rolling Stone. The band is touring in support of their first new album in 15 years, Happiness Bastards, which was just nominated for a 2025 Grammy for best rock album.

In October, the casino finished rebuilding  Legends Theater from the seats to the stage and are excited to show off some of the best live sound, stage lighting and video in the Southwest.

“The technology built into the 3,000 seat Legends Theater surpasses that of any music venue in Albuquerque and the best-in-class stage video package leaves nothing to the imagination,” Maxine Velasquez, president and CEO of Laguna Development Corporation says. “We did not spare any expense or cut any corner in building Legends because we want to deliver a world-class, legendary experience for our new, returning and most loyal guests.”
