While Santa Fe may be globally known as an art mecca, Albuquerque is home to over 100 art galleries and provides an art vacation. Visit any number of galleries for fine art, artist coops, contemporary, folk art and more.
Galleries dot the city, but are concentrated in Downtown, Nob Hill and Old Town. The city’s diverse creativity is on display during the monthly ARTScrawl, sponsored by the Albuquerque Arts Business Association. The October ARTScrawl is 5-7 p.m. Oct. 4.
