Here’s Who Voted For & Against Legalizing Marijuana For New Mexico

New Mexico’s legislature passed historic legislation Wednesday night. Special Session House Bill 2, based on House Bill 12 in the regular 2021 legislative session, passed the State House by a vote of 38-32 and the State Senate by 22-15. Votes were mostly along party lines with Republicans voting no and most Democrats voting yes.
