Starting March 16 at 3pm, UNM’s Popejoy Hall presents Ireland With Michael. Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, this online concert features the voice of renowned singer Michael Londra (the lead singer in the U.S. national tour of Riverdance) alongside the Irish Concert Orchestra and other Irish performers. In addition to the music, the virtual showcase highlights Irish culture and heritage by exploring Ireland’s countryside and taking audiences on a journey into the heart of the Emerald Isle. A Bit o’ the Leaf

The St. James Tea Room offers up what’s looking like a magnificently traditionally Irish celebration with its St. Patrick’s Day Pipe Tea. Head over to St. James (320 Osuna Rd. NW Suite D) at 6:30pm on March 17 for a pipe, a Guinness and an Irish-style afternoon tea. Sit in the tea garden and enjoy a calm evening with friends as St. James serves tea, beer, excellent Irish cuisine and an assortment of smoking tobacco for your pipe. Seating is limited capacity, so be sure to reserve your spot asap. This is a 21+ event, and all pipe tea events are BYOP (Bring Your Own Pipe).
