Attorney Disbarred For Jail Porn Vid

A Florida attorney has been disbarred for filming pornographic films with convicted felons while in prison.

Miami Herald reports that Tampa attorney Andrew Spark was disbarred retroactively effective July 2019. The Florida Supreme Court says Spark abused his privilege to access private rooms, used by attorneys to counsel their clients, at two different jails. In these rooms he allegedly solicited inmates to perform acts of prostitution that were recorded for a pornographic film.

Spark was already on probation for smuggling contraband into detention facilities when he was arrested with his zipper literally down. According to the uncontested police reports, Spark allegedly visited an inmate two days before she was slated to go to prison for 40 years. To speak with her, the lawyer presented his official credentials and pretended to be the woman’s lawyer.

“He really duped the system, because he shouldn’t have access to her,” said Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri. “He wasn’t her lawyer; he wasn’t representing her. But as an attorney, he’s given the courtesy of going into the jail to meet with clients.”

Spark told the woman that he was making a series of films featuring female inmates giving him oral sex in return for deposits into their commissary accounts. He said he wanted to shoot porn with the woman, but they were unable to negotiate a price. The woman told her family about the incident, and the family reported it to police.

Investigators were able to find another woman who had allegedly participated in a similar act with Spark already. They convinced her to work as an undercover agent for them and set up another exchange. When the two met in the privileged attorney counsel room, police entered the room to arrest Spark just as he had unzipped his fly. Spark allegedly had deposited $10 into the woman’s account as an advance.

Spark was disbarred Jan. 21.

Youths Change Hollywood Sign to “HOLLYBOOB”

Six people were arrested last week after they briefly changed the famous Hollywood sign to read “HOLLYBOOB.” The alleged perps said it was meant to promote breast cancer awareness.

Los Angeles Times reports that LAPD security personnel observed five men and one woman on video surveillance as they took a large tarp with the letter “B” drawn on it and threw it over the sign’s “W.” The group then allegedly placed a white dash on the letter “D” in such a way that it made it appear to be the letter “B.”

A police helicopter was sent to the area, and the crew observed the suspects travel back down the hill to Mulholland Highway where officers and park rangers were waiting to arrest them. All six were given citations and released with misdemeanor trespassing charges. Since no damage was done to the sign, the suspects will not be charged with vandalism.

Pranksters have successfully changed the sign before. On New Year’s Day 2017, it was changed to “HOLLYWeeD.” The sign is not open to the public and is privately maintained by the Hollywood Sign Trust.

TikTok Nude Silhouette Challenge Hacked

Influencers on the social media platform TikTok are warning users that people have found a way to remove a filter that obscures nudity to see the original image.

According to Buzzfeed News the silhouette challenge involves users wearing loose clothing and then using Snapchat’s “vin rouge” filter to appear to dance as a silhouette backlit by red light. As a silhouette, users will pose nude or wear lingerie, although the filter makes the details invisible.

But some users have found a way to reverse the filter and see the original images. TikTok user Kai Lee explained the problem in a recent post, saying, “Even though they’re all really cute and creative … just make sure you’re being cognizant of what you’re wearing before you do all the editing for the final product. … Just know that it is really easy to just put it back to the original.”

A number of tutorials explaining how to remove the filter were shared on platforms like YouTube and Reddit, unintentionally exposing many users. An entire subreddit called r/SilhouetteUnfiltered that was dedicated to the technique had to be removed by Reddit for violating the platform’s involuntary pornography rules.

Reddit, Twitter and YouTube have all taken measures to remove tutorials that show how to remove the filter and ban users spreading the information.

Texas DPS Apologizes for “Chucky” Amber Alert

The Texas Department of Public Safety has apologized for accidentally issuing an Amber Alert that featured a photo of Chucky, the killer doll from the horror movie Child’s Play.

According to KENS5 in San Antonio, Texas, in an email that was sent to Amber Alert subscribers, Chucky was listed as the suspected kidnapper of Glen Ray, another character from the franchise, who was featured in Seed of Chucky.

The Amber Alert described Chucky as a 28-year-old male, 16 pounds, 3 foot 1 inches tall, with auburn hair and blue eyes, wearing blue denim overalls and a multicolored striped long sleeve shirt. The suspect’s race was listed as “doll,” and he was said to have been wielding “a huge kitchen knife.” The alert said that Glen Ray had gone missing in Henderson, Texas on Jan. 28.

Amber Alert subscribers reportedly received the email three separate times.

Authorities say the email was a “test malfunction” and was never meant to be sent to the public. “We apologize for the confusion this may have caused and are diligently working to ensure this does not happen again,” said DPS.
