Tampa attorney Andrew Spark was disbarred retroactively effective July 2019. The Florida Supreme Court says Spark abused his privilege to access private rooms used by attorneys to counsel their clients at two different jails. In these rooms he allegedly solicited inmates to perform acts of prostitution that were recorded for a pornographic film.
