Today, Bosque is a powerhouse in the New Mexico craft brewing industry. What started as a single tap room across from UNM in 2012 has now expanded to include locations in Las Cruces and a huge new production facility and tap room on the banks of the Rio Grande River in Bernalillo (the town, not the county).
IPA lovers keep tabs on their latest releases, and for good reason. Bosque has won Gold for their IPA at the Great American Beer Fest. Today they are expanding into seltzers and even pickle beer.
For beer drinkers who want to drink their way through New Mexico microbrew history, Bosque is the place.
