New court filings out of Otero County show that federal prosecutors may not be the only ones seeking to put the Cowboys For Trump leader in prison.

According to a search warrant application filed by New Mexico’s Attorney General, the Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin used his public, elected position to benefit him personally and used C4T funds for personal use.
